Guacamole Love

We made some guacamole for lunch today to go along with our quesadillas.
Aveline thought it was all right, gingerly dipping her cheesy-chicken triangle corner into the pile of green goo before bites. Scarlett loved it. Dan and I took turns giving her small spoonfuls. When she felt even a drop on the corner of her mouth, she would stick out her tongue and sweep over her lips, searching frantically for the wayward morsel. She loved it more than bananas. Even more than vegetable beef dinner. That's huge, for her.

My kids LOVE guacamole. Avacado was one of my daughters first foods.

I'm pretty sure my kids wouldn't have liked it.

Mmmm, guacamole is delicious! Most little kids don't like it much though... I hated it until I was about 14!!!

I just want to know how you got the older one to eat chicken! My 3 year old is in a phase where she won't eat ANYTHING (no exaggeration) but peanut butter and fluff sandwiches!
